Sessions are booked in 1–3 hour blocks. Payment is due online at booking or at the studio on the day, unless your account requires online payment. Invoices, receipts and reminders are sent to your account email.
24-hour notice is required to cancel or change a session. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of the start time are charged at full price. No-shows are charged in full.
Please arrive on time — your block includes your setup and teardown. You are responsible for damage to equipment or the space beyond normal wear. No smoking; food and drink away from equipment. People under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
You own your recordings. You're responsible for having rights to any material you record (music, guests' consent, third-party content). Post-production work is delivered after payment of the related invoice. We may retain working files for 30 days, then delete them.
Some services (like post-production) are requested at booking and confirmed afterwards; confirmed hours are added to your invoice and payable before delivery.
The Creator Membership bills your card monthly through our payment provider (Stripe) and discounts eligible charges automatically. You can cancel anytime; your benefits continue to the end of the paid period. Fees already billed are not refunded.
To the extent permitted by Alberta law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected session. We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., lost profits or lost recordings caused by factors outside our control).
